Urea for MDF and Particleboard

Resin grade urea for UF and MUF resin producers and panel plants, with COA on every lot.

Urea is the main raw material of urea formaldehyde (UF) and melamine urea formaldehyde (MUF) resins, the binders used in MDF, particleboard and plywood. For resin producers, consistent biuret and moisture levels mean stable resin and stable board quality.

Our team comes from the wood-based panel industry. We understand what a panel plant needs from its resin, and what a resin plant needs from its urea.

Partokim supplies granular and prilled urea in bulk and big bags, with planned monthly volumes for continuous production.

Grades

01

Granular Urea

Larger, harder granules with low dust. Suited to bulk handling and storage.

02

Prilled Urea

Smaller particles that dissolve quickly. Widely used in resin production.

03

Technical Grade

For AdBlue (DEF) and other industrial uses, when a qualified source is available.

Frequently Asked Questions

Why does biuret matter in resin production?

Biuret forms during urea production. Higher levels can affect resin reactivity and quality, so resin producers usually set a maximum limit in their specification.

Granular or prilled: which is better for resin?

Both are used. Prilled urea dissolves faster; granular urea handles and stores with less dust and caking. The right choice depends on your dosing and storage system.

Can you support continuous monthly supply?

Yes. After a trial lot and acceptance, we plan monthly deliveries and then move to a framework agreement on volume and terms.

How is urea packed?

In big bags, 50 kg bags or bulk, depending on your unloading and storage setup.
